When are you open?

We’re at 3 Langstone Lane, Papanui — generally Monday–Friday 7:30am–5pm and Saturday 8am–12pm. If you’re travelling especially far or coming outside those hours, give us a quick call first (contact us).

Do you deliver?

Yes — we’re set up for Christchurch customers. We offer free express delivery when you need it (ask at the counter or when you order). For anything unusual or urgent, ring us and we’ll sort out what works.

Can I pay cash, or is it account-only?

You don’t need an account to shop with us. Cash and card sales at the counter are welcome — electricians, contractors, and DIY alike. Regular trade customers can also run on account; ask us about opening one if that suits your business.

Do you supply trade and the public?

Both. We’re a trade counter and wholesaler with everyday retail lines too — whether you’re on the tools every day or picking up a few bits for a home job.

How do I get a quote?

Phone or email with what you need — quantities, brands if you care, and the job if it helps. We’ll come back with a quote as soon as we can. You can also pop in and talk it through at the counter.

Is there really free coffee and lollies?

Yes — help yourself when you’re in. It’s a small thing, but that’s us: practical trade counter, straight advice, and a bit of hospitality while you wait. (The lollies go fast on a busy morning.)
